Garland Flooring Inc., an industry leader in the fluid applied industrial flooring market, is in search of an outside Sales Representative for the New Jersey based sales territory. Our products are marketed to both industrial and commercial businesses (i.e. industrial plants, manufacturing facilities, hospitals, architects, etc.).
YOUR ROLE AS A GARLAND FLOORING SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
The basic responsibility of the Garland Flooring Representative is to represent Garland Flooring to all customer accounts in a protected geographical territory. As a Garland Flooring Representative, you are your own boss researching territories; planning and implementing strategies; and developing, expanding, and servicing a base of business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of two years outside sales experience
- Knowledge of the fluid applied flooring industry and hands-on flooring contracting experience a plus
- College degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to earn six-figure income
- Basic computer skills
